Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests must be submitted by email or via our return portal before shipping the item back.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from stains, fragrance, glitter or wear

  • In original packaging including tags and safety liners

Once received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds are processed within up to 7 business days.


Refund Method

  • Full-price items: Refund to original payment method or store credit.

  • Sale or discounted items: Refund via store credit only, unless the item is received faulty or incorrect.

  • Orders using “Buy One Get One” or multi-buy promotion codes are considered discounted and eligible for store credit only.

  • Orders using a first-time customer welcome discount (up to 10%) still quality for refund to original payment method.

If a product is found defective or incorrectly delivered, a full refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please request a refund first (if eligible) and use the refund or credit to place a new order.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or external events are not eligible for refunds.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear or items with intimate contact are final sale once opened.

  • Items visibly worn or damaged after delivery are non-refundable.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once processing begins, we cannot modify or cancel.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue in accordance with consumer protection standards.
